Good to know

Do I need any technical skills?
No. We set everything up and connect it to the apps you already use. You give us your information (services, prices, opening hours, common questions) and approve the result before it goes live.
Which tools do you use?
Proven tools we review in this directory, chosen for your business, for example Voiceflow or InsertChat for assistants, and Make, Zapier or n8n to connect your email, calendar and other apps. Where possible the accounts are in your name, so you own them.
How do you price a project?
After the free call you get a fixed price in writing for exactly what we agreed. The prices on this page are for one automation; several automations or complex integrations get a custom quote.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Running costs of the tools up to a fair level of use, monitoring, fixes, small changes (new prices, new services, holiday hours) and a monthly check of how the automation is performing.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
Assistants only answer from information you approve and hand anything they are unsure about to you. We test with your real questions before launch and review conversations every month.
Can it give medical, legal or financial advice?
No, and we set it up so it won't. It handles bookings and general questions and passes everything else to you. Sensitive data such as patient health information is kept out of tools that are not approved for it.
Is my data safe?
We only connect the accounts the automation needs, use the tools' own security settings, and never sell or share your data. You can remove our access at any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly plan has no long-term contract. If you cancel, we hand over everything we built so you can keep running it yourself.
