Tactiq

Tactiq is an AI-powered meeting transcription and note-taking tool that operates as a browser extension, making it uniquely unobtrusive. Unlike many competitors that require a virtual bot to join your calls—which can sometimes feel intrusive to guests—Tactiq silently transcribes the conversation in real-time directly within your browser. It seamlessly integrates with major video conferencing platforms, including Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

Beyond basic transcription, Tactiq leverages advanced AI models to automatically generate meeting summaries, extract key action items, and draft follow-up emails. It supports over 60 languages, making it highly versatile for global teams. The platform also offers customizable AI workflows that can automatically push these insights into project management tools, CRMs, and collaboration apps like Slack and Notion, drastically reducing the manual administrative work required after a call.
