Prelulu

Prelulu is an AI roleplay app where the story turns into video. You play an interactive story with a fictional AI character, the key moments become video scenes, and at any point you can start a live AI video call and talk to the character face to face.

The video call runs on Prelulu's own real-time avatar model. The character answers with a moving face and a voice, and you can interrupt mid-sentence, speak or type, and on supported calls share your camera. Characters keep a pinned memory, so the conversation can pick up where the story left off. You can also create your own character with a face, a voice and a personality; users have made more than 2,100 so far.

Prelulu works in the web browser and in the iOS and Android apps, with video calls, voice calls and text chat. It is free to start with welcome credits for a short call. Memberships start at $9.99 a month (Plus, about 60 minutes of video), with Premium at $29.99 and Muse at $99.99; credit packs are also sold separately.

Every character is fictional, not a real person and not a deepfake. Much of the catalogue is romance and companion roleplay, so it suits adults looking for interactive fiction rather than a productivity assistant.
