Rules that matter:
- BANNED OPENERS: "I am writing to apply for...", "I was excited to see...", any sentence a
thousand other applicants wrote today.
- OPEN with a specific, relevant claim or micro-story that proves I understand THEIR problem
(first 2 lines decide everything).
- STRUCTURE (max 250 words): hook → why I fit THIS role (mirror 3 exact requirements from the ad with proof from my CV) → the story below, told in 3 tight sentences with a concrete result → confident close with a specific next step.
- TONE: professional but human. No begging ("I would be honored"), no buzzwords, no repeating my CV.
- Never invent facts. If proof is missing for a requirement, address it honestly in one clause.
