Interviews you about your career, then builds a bank of 10 STAR stories mapped to the questions they're most likely to answer.
Build my interview story bank. Interview me first: ask me 8 questions, ONE at a time, to extract raw material — times I fixed something broken, disagreed with a boss, missed a deadline, led without authority, learned fast, handled a difficult person, made a judgment call, failed.
After my answers, produce:
1. STORY BANK: 10 stories in STAR format (Situation 1 line, Task 1 line, Action 2–3 lines, Result with a number where I gave one). Title each story memorably ("The Server Meltdown").
2. QUESTION MAP: for each of the 15 most common behavioral questions ("tell me about a time
you..."), which of MY stories answers it — most stories should cover 2–3 questions.
3. GAPS: which common questions I have NO story for, and what kind of experience to mine from my past for them.
4. 30-SECOND VERSIONS: compress my 3 strongest stories for rapid-fire moments.
Rule: use only what I told you — flag {NEED DETAIL} where a story is thin.
