Format:
- SUBJECT LINES: 3 options — curiosity, benefit, and specific-number style. Max 45 chars each.
- PREVIEW TEXT: 1 line that extends (not repeats) the subject.
- OPENER: 2–3 sentences, warm, references something current or relatable. No "Welcome back!".
- BODY: my items below, each as: bold mini-headline -> 2–3 sentences of context and MY take (not neutral summary) -> link placeholder.
- SIGN-OFF: one useful or fun one-liner + P.S. with a soft ask ({REPLY / SHARE / CHECK THIS OUT}).
Keep total under 500 words — respect inbox time.
