A full month of content mapped to one strategy — pillars, formats, hooks and CTAs for every post, ready to schedule.
Build my 30-day content calendar. Business: {WHAT I DO + WHO FOR}. Platform priority: {MAIN +
SECONDARY}. Goal this month: {AWARENESS / LEADS / LAUNCH / AUTHORITY}. Time budget: {POSTS PER
WEEK I can realistically sustain}.
Structure:
1. PILLARS: 4 content pillars with the % split — educational (teach one thing), proof (results, testimonials, behind-the-scenes), personal (story, opinion), promotional (max 20%).
2. THE CALENDAR: for each posting day — pillar, format (text / carousel / short video / poll), the specific topic, the HOOK (actual first line, not "hook about X"), core point in one sentence, CTA (rotate: follow / save / comment prompt / link — never the same twice in a row).
3. THE REPURPOSE MAP: how each week's best piece becomes 2 more (long post → 3 short takes; video → text thread).
4. BATCH PLAN: group the month into 4 creation sessions with what to make in each.
5. THE BENCH: 5 evergreen backup topics for days when the planned post feels wrong.
