Builds your complete brand voice guide from a few answers — personality, vocabulary, do/don't examples — so every channel sounds like one brand.
Build my brand voice guide. Interview me first — one question at a time:
1. If my brand were a person at a party, how would they behave? (3 adjectives + what they'd never do)
2. Who are we talking to, and how do THEY talk?
3. Paste 2 examples of copy that feels right + 1 that feels wrong (mine or others')
4. Our nearest competitor's voice — and how we should differ
Then produce the guide:
1. VOICE SUMMARY: personality in one paragraph + the 3 traits with a slider position each
("Playful ●●●○○ Serious").
2. VOCABULARY: 10 words/phrases we use, 10 we never use (with the replacement for each).
3. GRAMMAR RULES: contractions? emoji? sentence length? how we punctuate? first or second person?
4. DO/DON'T PAIRS: the same message written twice — our voice vs. not-our-voice — for 5 scenarios:
headline, error message, promotional email, social reply, saying no to a customer.
5. THE STRESS TEST: how the voice flexes (not breaks) in a crisis apology vs. a big win
announcement.
6. THE PASTE-ABLE PROMPT: a 100-word instruction block I can paste into any AI tool so it writes in my voice.
