Asana vs MeetTwins

Asana is a work management platform that helps teams organise projects, tasks and goals in one place. Teams plan work with lists, boards, timelines and calendars, assign tasks with due dates, and see progress across projects and portfolios.

Asana AI is built into the platform: it can summarise tasks and projects, draft status updates, answer questions about your work, identify risks and build automated workflows. AI Studio lets teams create AI-powered workflows without code, for example to route requests or triage incoming work. Asana integrates with hundreds of tools, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Salesforce and Zoom.

Good fit if you: are a team or company that wants…

MeetTwins lets you skip low-stakes Google Meet calls like daily standups. You write a short brief with your update, the links it may share and the questions it is allowed to answer. Your AI twin then joins the Meet, clearly introduces itself as an AI, gives your update and answers only from that brief. Anything it can't answer is emailed to you afterwards.

The product puts consent first: the twin always says it is an AI, and it waits for the host to let it into the call. You can try it alone first by opening a Google Meet, sending your twin and talking to it for two minutes.

Pricing: you can create a free account that includes 30 minutes of calls with no credit card. Paid plans are $19…
