Questions

Do I need any technical skills?
No. We set everything up and connect it to your calendar and website. You give us your information (services, prices, opening hours, common questions) and approve the result.
Which tools do you use?
Proven no-code tools from our directory, chosen for your business: for example Voiceflow or InsertChat for the assistant, and Make or Zapier to connect it to Google Calendar, email and your other apps. Where possible the accounts are in your name, so you own them.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
It only answers from the information you approve, and it hands anything it is unsure about to you. We test it with your real questions before launch and review conversations every month.
Can it give medical, legal or financial advice?
No, and we set it up so it won't. It handles bookings and general questions and sends anything else to you. For clinics we keep patient health information out of tools that are not approved for it.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting and running costs of the tools up to a fair level of use, fixes, small changes (new prices, new services, holiday hours) and a monthly check of the conversations.
Which languages does it speak?
The tools we use support most major languages. Tell us which languages your customers use and we test them before launch.
